Quelle version choisir : PVC ou câble acier ?
Le PVC est idéal pour les débutants et les enfants — plus souple et plus léger. Le câble acier est fait pour la vitesse et les sauts en double : il tourne plus vite et résiste mieux à l'usure.

La version lestée est-elle adaptée aux débutants ?
Nous recommandons de commencer avec la version standard, puis de passer à la version lestée une fois que vous maîtrisez le rythme. Le lest augmente significativement l'effort musculaire.

Comment régler la longueur ?
Tenez les poignées et posez le milieu de la corde sous vos pieds. Les poignées doivent arriver à hauteur de vos aisselles. Ajustez en dévissant les poignées et en coupant l'excédent.

Convient-elle aux enfants à partir de quel âge ?
Dès 5-6 ans pour les versions PVC légères. Les enfants plus jeunes peuvent commencer avec une corde plus courte et plus légère.

Very good toothbrush. I was skeptical at first because of the price, but the FlexiClean toothbrush is indeed superb.
