comment l'utiliser ?

Tout d’abord, placez le tapis sur le sol avec les clous vers le haut.

Deuxièmement, en étant allongé sur le tapis, celui-ci vous permet de cibler les zones courbes, comme le cou, la taille et même les pieds. Une fois par jour ou en continu pendant 10 à 30 minutes, c'est préférable.

Very good toothbrush. I was skeptical at first because of the price, but the FlexiClean toothbrush is indeed superb.
